IG Algorithm change today due to @haqnii

Since @haqnii tags have dominated Instagram for past few weeks and everyone has been sharing the tags. Today IG has stopped comments with the most likes from appearing at the top of the comments. And haqnii's software website has been taken down. Not sure how long IG will keep top rated comments from appearing at the top or what they can do to stop tge like bots in the future. but there has been that algorithm change today.

I saw in many comments with that tag like @ yogi.mp4, I think it also does the same thing.

They are moving fast. Well, it's not like they will close their eyes when something very obvious happens.

If you tagged @yogi.mp4 or @haqnii on any posts, then this would trigger a mass like event. So these comments would gather a large number of likes (typically hundreds), therefor instagram would display these at the top of posts. Since comments are ordered roughly by popularity on instagram (and also personalised based on accounts you interact with), this meant at the top of many popular posts was @yogi.mp4. This generated a huge amount of interest around who the account was, why it was always being tagged etc. This all generated traffic back to the Indonesian based social media company behind the campaign

it's not done yet xd. The social Media company is going public in April i believe

not sure about that as thier bot site when down today same time that ig stopped the comment ranking. so IG prob got thier site taken down not sure why haqnii ig page is still up as I get blocks all the time for just commenting on the wrong post and he has spammed half of IG and his page is still up!
 
Kudos to that.

If only he monetized it using CPA.
 
The comments are the same for me all the top comments are the ones with bot likes
