On what basis does instagram decide to just suspend your account. I bought some from people here but they get suspended for doing... Literally nothing? I was just logged in, going to bunch of url's with my antidetect browser and it just keeps getting suspended? Am I supposed to log in for 10 mins and not log in again for a day or what is the logic behind it?

need login upto 8 accounts daily and get it saved on browser to include more profile logins another day, this help to stop account suspend.
using antidetect browser limit number of new profile can signin daily.

So base on your post your account is not your personal account right? do you use some vpn or proxy? because if the account is just buy only for someone this is not safe you need to use vpn or some antidetector browser for account
I use a sticky mobile U.S proxy(origin of account) I was using a GoLogin browser and the agent the account came with

It was on a GoLogin browser though. Isolated profile, no other was logged in there. Or you mean to put more accounts on one profile?

Based on your post, your account isn't personal, right? Do you use a VPN or proxy? If the account is purchased for someone else, it isn't safe without a VPN or an anti-detection browser.
Its a proxy and user agent that came with the account logged in an anti detect browser

There has been an update on Instagram for the last 12 days. Your accounts may be closed because of this.

I would understand if I was doing any automation( I was about to) but they got suspended for quite literally nothing. I just opened it(quite a lot tbh but its the same as opening and closing a browser) visited my competitors profiles and thats it. Suspended.

I still dont understand what you mean by that. Its a anti detect browser. Each profile is isolated and currently logged in with a single account. I was trying to keep it on the low and safe. Are you suggesting I log in more or?

It depends on a lot of things, first question is what type of accounts did you buy and how did you login them on your end?

If you bought an old Instagram account, the person who sold you the account first logs in, then you log in from a different location.

The account that has been inactive for years is suddenly logged in from 2 different locations. Most of the time, Instagram knows this but does nothing. However, unfortunately, update times are unforgiving.

They had been aged, had some posts(anime stuff) Bought them a month ago. Logged them all in few times but seems like only after actually using it which i explained in other comments it gets suspended...
I logged them in via cookies on a device matching U.S proxy

You can use cloud phone to manage it

I used matching proxy, user agent and cookies to log in. Is there anything else that could cause this issue? How can I lower the risk

IG suspensions suck  They hit for fast URL clicks or bot vibes Warm accounts slowly scroll casually use unique proxies per account
What do you mean by fast? Your clicks or bot vibes? Can you give me more info about? It? Does Instagram check if that you were aware? We are going to as being copy paste it or type really fast. Is that what you mean? Or something else? can you clarify, please?

Instagram may decide to suspend when they feel as if there is too many actions occurring at the same time on an IP. Thats why agencies rotate IP

What would you consider an action? In this case All I did was visit The same URL by opening the browser on and off multiple times in a short period of time
