If using telegram for business, it's helpful to have automatic messaging, lead collection, and simple customer support, If a system already does that, extra features like custom chatbots, stats tracking, and CRM connection would make it even better.
 
I’d go with a managed bot platform like Manybot or Chatfuel for no-code scheduling and keyword replies, or build a lightweight Telethon/python-telegram-bot script if you need full control. Next-level features I’d love are built-in analytics (click-throughs, read-rates), CRM/personalization integration, and smarter moderation (spam auto-removal, sentiment alerts).

though that might already be solved
 
I use Telegram as tech support and as an automatic bot for sending various notifications from the site (for example, tickets, problem orders, etc.)
 
Running automatically, a Telegram system I’d want is one that filters leads, handles spam, pushes messages to CRM, and posts scheduled content without lifting a finger. Something hands off but sharp enough to not miss legit users.
You planning to add any stealth analytics or behavior tracking in it?

There is almost nothing that cannot be done on Telegram. The requests are generally good, but when this product comes out, it is unclear how much people will pay for it.

Perhaps this is the biggest question mark of all.

I find myself in the same situation. I am also building for telegram and this is bugging me. Sure telegram has a billion active monthly users, but idk how easy it would be to sell a product built around it.

Is this done on a custom platform/codebase? Could you give more details on how it is all integrated?
