That I do not know, as some may know I deal with large seo clients so I would like to think I know how to have a secure password and stay safe!
I have a brand new laptop which had decent stuff on it so I would like to think its clean, I don't use my laptop for anything other than remoting and office!

It wasn't the "nerds at paypal" who took your money so why did you take it out on them? You do know they are just doing their poorly paid job right and would like nothing more than to help you, right?
When people complain about Paypal asking dumb questions or demanding proof of address etc, I can only shake my head. If Paypal just gave out money/info to anyone claiming to be you, you would be screwed 10X worse.
I hate people who yell at customer service agents who had NOTHING to do with the situation. I work in customer service, and if someone calls in to yell at me, I put a big fat note in their account "Customer is rude and possibly trying to scam us be very careful and ask EVERY question possible."
Call center customer service jobs are shitty and trust me, the people on the phone would LOVE to just fix everything for you to make you happy, but they have a job to do, and guidelines to do it by. No reason to make their life worse.
Paypal would only be hacked due to trojan/keylogger/phishing/brute force. None of those should be blamed on paypal.
I'm sure number two (after pishing) reason people are hacked on paypal is that they use the same combination of email/password on another website. This website gets hacked, then a bot tries all the mail/password combination from the database.

I hear you bro, I had the opposite. They were depositing money INTO my account. I was refunding like crazy (needed my account thanks) and even had a rep on the phone refunding with me and still couldn't keep up. Finally got it all straightened out after having MY account suspended for 2 weeks and being told it was my fault because I published my email address on my website. Like WTF??? OF course my email address was on my website!

Оh yes they deserve it bro. If a company like paypal offers a shitty service and I have no other choice but that com., I will make every person in that company feel x10 worse than I feel, because of their shitty service.

You are a truly a complete loser, and I hope you have to work customer service for Paypal one day and realize how horrible you were and regret every time you were ever rude to anyone in customer service. Paypal is not a monopoly. There are PLENTY of other options they just take harder work. You hate the company that helps you make money, how does that even make sense?
