Ya'll really should chill out 2 things to note.
Back in my past I had been a script kiddie and i currently work as a CSR learned quiet a bit.
1) If you have been hacked it is most likely 99% your fault.
2) A CSR will laugh at you when you act like a moron. Being bad over the phone just gets you ridiculed trust me. And also agents can really piss you off if they want to. They are like the persons that prepare your food, Piss them off and then can spit in it.
