If you could design one SEO tool, what would it do?

I would create a Tool on which Users can see top competitor strategies.

1. Also that has a Bot that index most recent information
2. Also I would do a Backlink tracker
3. And an Engine to Search for relatives Blogs on their respective Niche.

I have read some post and there is a couple that brings new ideas. Great!

Because search engines are ranking based on user experience, i would make smart sharein, like creating social network accounts those account would be connected with each other, i will make stronger these acounts with forums profiles and all these autherity will give to google plus account. with that google plus these google plus accounts i would dominat search easy. I have a fool proofed scema in my mind if anyone wants to code let me know. i will give my contribution.
