Ok, so basically, keyword install means you pay users and in exchange, users search your given keyword in play store and install your app. it will increase CTR and position of your app in play store on that particular keyword.
i used one service that provides this type of keyword installs. app2top org. I don't know if they have any BST open, I get to know about that site from here and used the service.
their keyword installs are not working. don't waste your money on that site.
why? and how i know?
i have one app on playstore where i wanted some installs on perticular keywords. i placed campaign and installs delivered. clear delivery without any issue. the problem is they actually do not provide keyword installs.
what they do is, they give " pub:developer name " search query directly to the users who are doing it. so, they will not search your keyword, they will search your developer name to easily find your app which is meaningless in terms of keyword installs. and then users install your app. you will able to see that number of organic installs in play console and you will think that keyword installs are given to your app.
when users do keyword installs, it counts in organic install as people going to playstore, find your app and install it. you will not get any traffic source in play console.
how i found this ?
ones your app gets a good number of installs and starts getting organic installs daily, play console show you the search terms entered by users who installed your app from playstore direclty. recently i was checking that keyword terms and found that 150+ users installed my app by searching "pub: developer name" query in play store search. generally, people don't search like this. my account is not a popular one and contains only 1 app. and that number of installs is around what I have placed the campaign of on that same month.
don't waste your money on app2top for keyword installs.
