Then you will get banned from your CPA Networks faster than you can think. CPA Networks have programs in place to actually prevent users from defrauding their network. So it won't work and you will end up losing your account.

You can make a GPT website or something reward-based asking to complete multiple offers, but that's not so easy to advertise.
Getting traffic for CPA these days is as effortful as getting traffic for classic businesses. I wouldn't bother unless I had some ready-to-spam audience.

Your best and easiest bet would be to grow a subreddit on a certain niche linked to a site where you'll promote your cpa offers.
It would take some time 4-6 weeks, but it's a good invested time in the long run.

CPA networks have been around for nearly 20 years at this point. You’ll leave a footprint for them to catch you with or a lazy VA will get you caught.
Outside of that, they’ll do something similar to what Adsense does. Wait for you to rack up $1000+ in fake clicks/email submits/paid installs and then ban you.
