If scam call centers are wrong CPA is also wrong

That's a big difference. There is a difference between taking people's time into downloading some apps so you can make money from them and calling someone to take money from his pockets and whoever do that is a scumbag. It all comes to morals , same as when you see an ad about a pill that "makes you lose weight" but it actually dosen't do anything.

What surrounding culture are you talking about?
Let me preface this by saying the 'Jamtara' movie is about a scam call center in India.
India has a beautiful history and culture and it has absolutely nothing to do with 'scam call centers'.
Those scam call centers are obviously a relatively new occurrence in history.

People can make movies portray any message they want.

I actually know a lot about it.
You just choose to look at the bad parts.
Everything you've said so far has been weird though, so I'm not surprised.

The truth is that those 'scam call centers' give India a bad reputation.
It's not good for business.

Yes, some popular cpa offers r basically same as call center scams. Take nutra offers for example. On their terms of service page they even say that claims r false and may not give exact results as promised. So basically its stealing from people who want to lose weight with pills (common sense tells it never happens). Almost same as fake "virus" they provide on popups.
