If a backlink appears in Google Search Console, will Moz crawl it?

I have a backlink indexed in Google, showing up in Google Search Console, I know this link won't show up in Ahrefs, how likely this link will be index in Moz?

Same likelyhood between Moz and Ahrefs. In fact most people believe that Ahrefs crawler is more efficient than the Moz one. So if you "know" (not sure how) that it won't show in Ahrefs, then it won't probably show in Moz (or it will).

Because of this article https://help.ahrefs.com/en/articles/2172051-why-do-links-from-linkedin-slideshare-quora-and-pdf-files-not-appear-in-ahrefs-backlinks-report, I think you're right about Moz Crawler, I assume they are a little more selective about the quality of the links than Ahrefs which finds always more links than any other crawler
