The update is usually released within 10-14 days after a new version of Chrome is released (version 115 was released on July 18). The new version of Chrome usually arrives to the vast majority of users within two weeks, so this is not a problem.
We are already preparing a big update which will be released in the next few days, please stay tuned.
Please, write me in PM when you communicated with support and what communication channel you used, we will try to find out what's wrong. We try to fix bugs and improve the application in a timely manner, so getting feedback from users is very important to us.

No, you can use a proxy on any tariff plan. But the PREMIUM plan has a Proxy list tool, which makes it easy to work with a large number of proxies. You can import a large list of proxies once and then choose from that list when you create a profile. In the list you will see how many profiles are using these proxies, which profiles, all data about geo-position (country, region, city, postal code), ISP, etc. You can also bulk check and replace proxies without interfering with individual profiles.
You can also add proxies to groups and then select only the group when you create a profile, the proxies will be automatically selected and replaced by free ones if they stop working.
