Identify an App Store reviewer. Possible?

Hey, one of my clients just launched an iPhone app. After 2 weeks, he received a negative review and he thinks this review was written by a competitor.

I googled his username and I get zero search results. I guess the app store isn't indexed by google.

Is there a way to track/identify a reviewer only using his username?

There is no way to track him
But How you have got the username of the reviewer?
Then,You can contact with him personally to change the review by offering something

Also,If the App is really new and no way to delete the review then You can delete the App and re-upload

In the app store, you always have the "username" or "nickname" of the reviewer. But you can't really click on it or anything. Can't contact him directly.

I was wondering: are there apps tracking comments? App Annie or something similar?

Unfortunately,There isn't I think
Why you aren't buying fake reviews for that app ?

There's no way to track, but you can buy some reviews to offset.
