Ideas for a PR6 Domain I bought

I recently bought a PR6 domain. I have a slight idea of what to do with it, but when it came to research the keywords associated to the domain name found a big surprise.
just the exact match on the domain words has 18k searches a month with no competition. Google keyword tool suggested many related keyword niches. most of them have relatively low competition and just the first 7 gives arround 2 million monthly searches this seven keywords average a 0 .44 index of competition.
Suggestions , JVs everything is welcome.

Park it and see if it really gets that traffic

Check the data on it. Put your analytics on there and run some tests. Check it's backlinks and do deep KW research on it. See what is coming there, if anything.

If you can monetize those KWs then go on and do it. If you can't then try to set up a niche website somewhat related to those backlinks/KWs that were set up before.

If that doesn't work then go ahead and revamp the whole thing and set up your new niche website there.

Yes, first thing to do is put something up and get traffic estimates. I usually try to get an idea of what was previously on the website, and do a quick 3 page website with similar content. I imagine Google tries to determine when a site has been dropped and picked up again, and part of it involves the delta between the last cached version and the newest.

It wont take more than a week for this domain to take #1 position. Find it out if there is some kool affiliate program on this keyword and if the keyword is a buying phrase. If not, make small website... adsense optimized and earn $200+ from that.. sell footer link and blogroll at DP... you can get an additional $100-$200 per month from that

What kind of a jv are u looking for? Did u try the exact search option and at point is the domain listed currently plus how many backlnks and pr?
