Focus on pain point buying intent and budget not just age or location. How do you create an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for a new business?
Do you have a note where you record the updated details of your ICP? Or you just do the adjustment in your head ?start by identifying who gets the most value from your product or service. look at their industry, company size, budget, goals, and biggest problems. then define what they are trying to achieve and why they would choose your solution over alternatives. talking to real customers or prospects is usually the fastest way to refine an ICP.
but i keep it simple at first and update it as I learn more from actual customer behavior.

when embarking on a business endeavor, I first start from the problem side rather than customers side. I try to identify someone who face such a prblem and is capable of addresing it.
