Ideal configuration for scrapebox

I purchased scrapebox recently and ran it for a few days. Needless to say, the public proxies didn't work and my IP was blocked. Its time to move to a VPS. As a newbie to this, its quite hard to find all the information in one place.

Cutting a long story short, I figured out the following package for me

Windows based VPS package for $30/month within Europe
2.6ghz, 1GB RAM, 60GB space and unmetered bandwidth

I'm planning to run Scrapebox, TweetAttacks, and a few of the freebie tools.

Would the above configuration cater to my needs?

Also, which is better 2008 server or 2003. Would appreciate some inputs from pros who already use VPS for the above.

Of.. I guess I better update this thread. having looked around BHW and Google, Xsserver.eu seems to be the answer. I've been advised to go for the $35/month but i've opted for $25/month + $5 for additional ram.

Now I suppose I have to wait till my SB license is switched over.
