Lotteries make bank....No doubt about that..But I was thinking in the future to start an underground lottery system.I'm thinking of creating a site that offers prizes monthly for whatever just to build up a client base.

After using blackhat methods to gain a solid client base,You send out emails to everybody about your exclusive site where you can win monthly cash prizes. You do not want this site listed on any search engine.Kind of like a secret club. You host it on your own server and do whatever you can to stay off the radar.

Just thought of it....just an idea.

When you are on the radar, and with a big enough userbase someone will get suspicious of fraud etc, you're going to be snitched on, and found out. And its not worth it. I think there's laws specifically on running lotteries.

    Good luck though :)

There are laws on lottery, and online lotteries are looked down upon and are investigated constantly. No matter how "off-radar" you think you are, they will always find you and investigate. And if you dont pay out, it's considered fraud, and you'll be prosecuted. It's a good idea, but it's not worth the risk. FYI, this isn't blackhat, this would be fraud. "Unless you paid out"

True, lets say there is a way to start a lottery, it can't be profitable and you'd need a lot of startup money!

Ive always wondered what jail cell bars were made out of. Steel or aluminum?

Anyways, let me know if they let you use the internet.

Its not a lottery as long as you are giving something away free.Doesn't matter what....Its a loophole....
