There are some sites that provide fake IDs to bypass censorship, for a fee
 
You can post on BHW market to find fake ID providers, they do it very professionally

Fake KYC is not allowed here so if you do find provider please report them as that is illegal and could land them in trouble.

They can't do that as it would go against BHW TOS because counterfeiting government issued IDs is illegal. Now if anyone would care, least of all FB, that is a whole other matter.

If that account is important to you, you can use a service that provides fake IG. They are experts in this matter.

How would getting fake followers solve his lack of ID papers problems? Asking for a sig.. I mean a friend, jesus christ guys.
 
You can find websites that sell FB resources, there they will have a service providing fake citizen identification cards, you just need to fill in very simple information.
 
You can use 1 ID to verify both accounts. Photoshop is also fine.

You can search for fake id samples on some websites, go back and replace it with your fake information, I think it will be useful to you.
