id scraping..

Hello, so i was finally able to scrap again facebook ids, from pages posts, ( likes and comments )
but i tried hard to make some custom audience using these scraped ids but no result, anyone figured out how to make this work again ?

if not, how can we make something useful with scraped ids? ill be giving the tool if i am satisfied with answers lol

Are you want to sort them by some criterias??

Back then I used them as facebook emails and then imported those emails into custom audience, I have no clue if this is still possible though

I used to do this also, not possible anymore unless you have real emails.

Why you look for ways to use "targets" (custom audience) in facebook ads. Mass offering & Social signals are the better ways, think so?
e.g.: You have 100 HQ filled accs with 100 "targets" in friends. Audience value: 10 000 members.
Then give offers on your accs timelines and put likes on "targets" pages (e.g.).
