If this is the case, will you register aaa.com first when you register with Google ads, then proceed with the advertisement, then change the approved advertisement group url to the gambling site bbb.com after 3-4 days and redirect it to bbb.com/bbb if the advertisement goes well?

I use my own cloaker. So I don't know about the forums. Check the Marketplace and read the reviews. If possible, get a trial membership and try it. If it works, get the long-term packages. My suggestion is to look at the ones with filters like country filters.
