ICE COLD EMAIL SENDING any help?

Hey! Anyone know any good cold email senders? For me to be able to send out say 10k emails a day?

You will find many around. What is your doubt so that i can advice what i know

I have heard that Amazon SES is what you need, but have to send them a message to enlarge their sending limits.
Otherwise you may have to give some other programs a chance and see what is working for you, like sendblaster, ultramailer, hmailserver etc
