IBO's For Payment Processing

Does anyone have any resources about IBO's and what I need to know about them such as the dangers and risks each individual can overcome, and safety precautions done by me to insure each IBO is acquired and setup properly.

I'm doing this for my offer, and most of the growth is payment processing, and since the space is more gray, your restricted to who can process your payments.

Any resources would be great.

The most important thing to remember when you are setting up a campaign with multiple signers is to keep each IBO or corp separate. Each IBO or corp should have its own business bank account, should be incorporated with the IBO being the 100% shareholder etc. Its the safest way for the IBO, and yourself and it is also the best way when acquiring merchant accounts as you can have more of them, each IBO will signed up for their own merchant account and will have their own offer.
