2. However, for about a second, Samsung's web page, which had nothing to do with this web page, was redirected briefly, and then connected to the original web page.

3. And when I turned on the Chrome Developer Mode (F12), I see a lot of text related to Samsung, although the actual webpage is not related to Samsung at all. (I can't actually see it but only in F12 Developer Mode.)

Looks like the html that domain serves up is indeed a page from a Samsung site. The gambling content is inserted via an iframe generated by javascript after load - look at the toto.krgoogle.js file. It's actually a pretty clumsy way of cloaking.
