I was slandered, there was no proof. Please invite admin to work and judge

I have never transaction with him. He doesn't even have proof.
However, he commented that the incident was not true
I reported it to the admin but the admin told me that everyone has the right to comment negatively on other people's posts.
However, this is not a mere negative comment, this is slander.
So the management has no way to protect the seller and the buyer.
Can people even comment? So what happens when people compete unfairly, creating fake accounts to discredit each other?
If that happens often, where will this forum go?

There are many cases, when someone's impersonating a seller, so the buyer thinks, that he bought something from the legit seller, when in fact he was in contact with an impostor. If you do business via instant messaging apps (which you do), this can happen fairly easily. The impostor can create a handle very similar to yours and the not too careful buyers will be non the wiser until their money is gone.

This can be avoided, if you do business via PMs here or if you have a website and you don't share your instant messaging handles in your BST.

This is just a possibility of course, it simply can be a rogue user or a competitor too.

Like @HoNeYBiRD said, he might have dealt with an imposter. Try talking to that guy and clearing things out. Prove to him that you did not sell him anything and ask him to delete his comment from the BST, that is if he is not a competitor trying to ruin your reputation.

Ask him through which medium he bought your service, Either skype or telegram, and any others. Collect those details and report to mod immediately. They will definitely help you to solve this case.

You handled that in your thread... no need for staff to step in as there is no evidence on either side being shared.

And as @HoNeYBiRD pointed out, if you are going to use messaging services off site to sell you are going to have people impersonate you; if you are selling via PM or your site that does not happen.

We have our telegram, but I always make it public. Because I appreciate and appreciate this forum.
I wish all my dealings with people on this forum were here. Most importantly, I want buyers and sellers to have minimal protection.
It's a pretty obvious case, but mod and admin still refuse to fix it? At least ask him to provide evidence. But you did nothing!

It is not obvious.

And you do not know what we did... I love it when someone wants help and then insults those he wants help from.

Thread closed as I'm not going to have some member call out the staff when that member has no clue as to what we did or did not do.

If you have an issue there are ways to resolve it but calling the staff out is not one of those ways.

Edit: and it is not slander, it is libel. If you are going to call the staff out at least use the proper verbiage.
