Once a possible client reached out to me on Skype, after politely and patiently answering all his questions for half an hour, he couldn't understand a thing. I still kept trying, providing all the possible links to guides and tutorials, then he started suspecting that I don't understand English.

So, he wrote a sentence and asked me to turn on my microphone and speak out the sentence. Then, I lost my temper and politely replied, "I am not willing to give an English test, we are done here."

Removed him from Skype.

I asked the guy if he can help me, he said he can but he wants to clarify he isn't a web designer. Okay dude, you are support, I get that and I need your help, I don't need you to design my website. After a while he said he said he made it work, I checked and I lost my data for past 4 days, okay no problem. He said if you want to revert another day you may do it by yourself but you will need to handle permission fix by yourself.

I was like okay, explain to me...

I think I am going to look for another hosting provider with better support, and I know some guys were saying here that Namecheap support is bad, but ever time I asked them to fix something for me they did that without saying any word or asking me to say something with their words...

Luckily, I only lost pages I made today, but I will revert them easily.
