Hello all, I am glad to be here on BHW, and on my second week, Im really liking it! I am currently on he hunt for a way to be able to create proxies, mass amounts of them, and not just installing squid on a VPS, or using anything such as Luminati. - I have lots of experience with things like that but I am currently trying to go a step further; I want to learn about “subnets” and how I can get them, lots of them so that I can make proxies. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this! All help would be much appreciated.

Best Regards, John

well if you want to make proxies your self you will need some networking understanding and Linux administration .

as you know most proxies are made on squid and squid is most used under linux not windows because of flexibility and stability .

so you can read a little bit about serves administration and focus on networking on linux and how to manage it urself
then go and know about services in linux and focus on squid service and try to read more and more about how its built .

also squid is like a sea of information . not just for black hat seo , there are big corporates use it for caching , Filtering , optimise their network speed etc .

so thats a good start you can deal with .

Good luck Mate

Hello, Thanks so much! I have been really working hard on learning subnets and stuff, and I figured out how to make multiple proxies on one VPS with a subnet and squid! :D
