Hi guys

Is there any toolz to help make a simple android app. Any guidance would be great...i have awesome idea..just dont know how to start..

Unfortunately, Google App inventor is closing down, so no, not really.

Very easy to do. http://developer.android.com/index.html has everything you need to build an android app. I could recommend a few books to check out as well.

App Inventor is moving to open source hosted by MIT. There might be a slight lag in time, but App Inventor will be up and going.

i haven't visited those sites above but you can make nice apps with jquery

Phonegap is the right tool for the job in my opinion; if you already know Javascript and jQuery, in less than a month with Phonegap and jQuery mobile you can quite easily create a nice looking app without the need to study Android Java API (Ok, it's a cool API and if you have time you could give it a look ).

Have a look at Phonegap, it's really worth it.

Oh, I forgot to say that using Phonegap, you could "port" your Android App for Iphone; not bad after all.
