Can anyone help me for this logo design Concept???
More info please... are you trying to learn about graphic design or do you want to work with someone to design a logo for something (a product, company, etc)?
please explain in details what do you want exactly?

•You may come up with an picture associated with a company like a house for a realty organization, or a car for a car dealership
•You could use just an subjective picture comprising the company`s viewpoint. For example some type of blocky picture would fit a reliable trustworthy organization or even just a chart. A very powerful picture with orbits and swooshes, initiates, contaminants could be used for a very modern, young, high-tech organization to signify electrical actions or just innovative meteoritic technology.
One very essential thing is that not every business can be associated with any type of particular picture. For example a development organization doesn't have many pictures to be associated with (except a computer), so in this situation it is suggested just to focus on an subjective picture and just try to signify the feel of their company rather than trying to come up with a representational picture.
Some organizations may be working with more then one company, so they would want to have a more general picture, but still you possibly can create it look more technical by applying directly collections in conjunction with forms, or create it more business with more proportionate, shaped and/or geometric forms.

People can simple remember a simple organization company logo that have some type of representational significance. Some organizations use different friends like the 'TireMen' of Michelin or the 'Beaver' for Origins. The task with the pet is that for it to be a good organization logo, and simple reproducible it should be very stylized and simple as much as possible.
Another significant problem is that when individuals order an emblem they want it to look like some other well labeled organizations like McDonalds or AOL. Those are of course great images, but they are very identifiable only because they are well promoted. When you come up with an picture for your organization you should already be thinking about the best way to promote your organization towards the focused viewers. Your organization logo should not just not just get noticed and unforgettable, but should also be simple approved by industry.
What type of sensation does an emblem transfer just by status alone and in a crowd? Too many distinct sides can create a sensation of risk or warning. Also consider your shades, so the organization company logo looks identifiable but not too overwhelming.
A organization logo can be associated with many different factors of company, it just relies on the goal of the organization and industry. A organization logo can be associated with a particular place, industry, or person. Also, consider your personal choice of type of art. You can use any design of art design for an emblem as long as it is unique, quickly reproducible, and is made for your industry.
Seems complicated? Perhaps an example would be appropriate to explain it all. On this page, you can see a set of different organization company logo pictures created for different organizations, and notice the extreme variations in design between them.

I know logo design... but I want to expert on it.. that's why i need your suggestion to build up logo design concept..
Concepts are based on the objective of your firm, no one will just give you a concept without knowing the background of your firm/organization/company
Get Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Practice and master those programs. You'll use them everyday in graphic design
I agree that it depens on what the aim of your firm is. Great logo design requires a complex mix of design skills, skilful application and creative theory. Any good designer could create a logo that serves its purpose, but being able to master all aspects of the craft takes long time. You need to have clear in mind what the target of your logo is going to be before you do anything else and then you need to practice.
There are bunch of courses/trainings on Lynda about logo design, check them out.
If you want a 3D logo, blender 3D is free 3D software. Rather steep learning curve to it but there is a plethora of good tutorials on youtube.
I would read books, there are many books or online videos you can view to help you with basic concepts.
you can try "Udemy" its free to learn
Does the company have core values it wants to show in the logo? Is the logo legible at the size of a quarter? A logo is similar to a business name; it has to quickly and accurately describe the company.
