i tried to install bluestacks it dint work, and i did re-installed it but still didn't work

can someone create for me instagram account please

i don't know why, but bluestacks doesn't work on my pc. when i try to install it appears "the application failed to initialize properly"

I'd guess you're just missing .NET framework. Download 3.5 here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21

There's also 4.0 version, dunno which BlueStacks uses. Try it out.
