I have been freelancing. I'll tell you what the problem is with complaining employers who constantly say there are no workers. What they mean is si there is no workers willing to work for less then what i costs to live and pay that diference out of their pocket. If it costs 100 litters of oil to live in Belgrade (I'm making this up) and you are willing to pay 50 (half) then the worker has to pay the other 50. Then you complain the worker will not work for you. Pay 150 litters and the worker can save 50 and you have no problem. I have lost my job and freelancing and i"m lucky if the prick employer are willing to pay 50% fo the cost some want to pay 10% who will pay the 90% to the landlors, bills, taxes?

That your problem. The cheap employers bitched at Henry ford for paying 300% the average to his workers and told him to pay them 3 times less. He responded, well who will by my cars. You cheap employers are destroying the econom your worker can't buy your products. I know one dentist who pays so little to his receptioninist that they dont' have the right to go to the dentist they can't even cover the rent they get governemtn help they are so poor. Thaink about what you are saying.
