I think that the support system needs fixing?

I've sent a support query two and a half weeks ago and still I'm left without an answer, I sent another one three days ago, still no answer.

Either I'm doing something wrong or the system is broken? @Apricot, are my submissions being received on your end? Maybe I'm making a mistake I'm not aware of, just making sure everything is fine.

It is the weekend and those that handle any emails/support requests are not in the office and probably not on BHW as I am sure they see enough of it during the week when they are at work.

Your support ticket is still being looked into. Some support tickets take longer to address than others, depending on the problem. Additionally, as @BassTrackerBoats stated, weekends tend to slow things down since the in-house mods are out of the office for the weekend.

Your query hasn't been forgotten, though.
