I guess an An authorization hold it mean they are going to hold that $100 but that's still misleading because when i asked the support they said no we are not going to take nothing ... what a fucking day

The amount will still show as a negative balance, but the money is still there.

The authorization hold takes a few days to clear. Depends from bank to bank. In France for example there are gas stations that debit double the amount you put gas in. Even 300 EUR. The authorization cleared in 14 days (last year). Just call your bank tomorrow and check if is just a authorization hold or the money have been debited.

Thanks for the infos tho even if i think the amount was debited because when i look on the app of my bank account it say "an ecom purchase"

UPDATE: They gave me the $100 back , now i'm happy. God .. i was about to have a heart attack
Call your bank, cancel the card and get a new one.
I still get monthly email saying my card is no longer valid and I think the last time I did anything with them was 3 or 4 years ago.
