i think i got scammed from dotMotion

so i was searching for aws accounts i found that https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/dotmotion.1699375/#latest-activity replying on some threads he have accounts so i contacted him as he JR on forum
1st he said he can deliver me any number so i asked for 10 acounts to test i sent payment then he keep telling me wait wait then he not replied anymore
he said delivery time in 2 hours almost now it's second day with no reply
let's share the screens to get this solved

Information For The Accused
@dotMotion - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resoltion section rule #4 before responding.

"If you are not directly related to the situation, or are not offering information directly related to the situation: do not post in the thread. Anyone caught doing so will receive an infraction and be reply banned from posting in the thread."
 
I know my delivery was late because I was sick. I am ready to deliver his account. But he doesn't want to take account now. I have invested money in his account. Now I want to give him an account but he doesn't want to take an account.

my friend i needed accounts asap that's why i contacted you cause you said you can deliver up to 100 instant and max 24 hrs that was the deal i made the dispute after 24 hrs pass and you muted your telegram calls while you said call me anytime if im not online
so i bought accounts from other providers to not lose my work + the 100$ you took
what the issue if you refund me now my money !
i bought 50 accts already for my work and dont need anymore right now you seller you can sell your accts to another im not seller what will i do with accounts now ?

I expect to see a refund inside of 24 hours.

24 hours and 3 minutes will be too late.

Man i replied on you on telegram and here i swear i bought already accounts when you stopped reply on me i was unable to reach you for 2 days so i bought accounts from other providers some of them here in forum can confirm my words i just dont need extra accounts now , you are seller already so you can sell those accounts again to others but im not seller i have no use for accounts now .
Kindly refund me to end all this

Then we have to temp ban you until you can refund them.

You took the money, spent it on your people to create what was contracted for, and did not produce in a timely manner.

You cannot do that and sell to the members here with that mindset.
 
i ordered docs + selfie from this person ,
after 5 hour he sent me fake psd file and don't refund
time wasting , it's better block this person from forum . i see alot dispute from this person
