I suck at backlinking??

I have never been into serious blogging. I have only flipped sites. This is my first time trying to blogging and realized how I suck at it.. Wheee! Get to the point - I am trying to get backlinks for my blog, and didn't get any. Some people say it takes a few days to show up. But shouldn't they show up after 4 -5 days? I have tried every way people shared here. I am also going to get ScrapeBox tomorrow. Does it help with backlinking? Someone said he got 33k BLs from blasting it. Another thing is I checked my keyword list with seo tool, did comparison with other two sites. I have like over 1300 keywords while other aged websites have only a few hundereds. Am I doing keyword stuffed which SE hates? What is the good number for keyword density? Can someone give me direction here. Much appreciated for enlightening me!

Plus (www) is missing in the URL and only show us http://mydomain.com but I can access but it is not in the link. does it have something to do with backlinks not showing up?

To make your backlinks appear faster you can follow these steps
> list all URLs that have links back to your page
> post those loads of URLs to any free blog service eg. blogger, zimbio,..
> ping, bookmark the page that you just posted

by doing these SE bot will craw through URLs in you post > blog comments > you LP
