⚠️I purchased WordPress Themes and Plugins but I cannot get a refund.

6 months ago, I learned about the website demowp.shop which sells WordPress themes and plugins, thanks to Facebook ads. This site was selling more than 100 WordPress themes and plugins. I first tested it by purchasing Elementor Pro and Rank Math Pro. The reason I shopped from this site was that it receives automatic updates through the WordPress dashboard, eliminating the need to search for and install new versions with each update, allowing me to always use the latest version.


After being satisfied for a certain period, I purchased the premium versions. Because they stated that with the premium version, we could also make sales. Despite having a credit card option, I made my payment with crypto. After obtaining the premium subscription, I was able to install more than a hundred themes and plugins. I opened sales threads on many forums and social media, made many sales, and successfully installed themes and plugins on my customers' sites. My customers were very happy because they were using pro versions and receiving automatic updates.


However, after some time, the demowp site administrators contacted me saying they terminated my subscription because I acted as if I was the developer of this system in the sales topics I opened on forums, and they told me they would not grant me this right again. Everything was going great when I suddenly experienced this situation. I told them I had purchased a lifetime subscription and asked for a refund. But they refused to refund, saying I violated their policy.

Since I paid with crypto, I wanted to ask you if there is a way to get a refund and how I could do it. I'm waiting for your help and answers.

Thats the way of business when you are dependent to another part, so deal with it or fork his plugin and setup the same service that you control fully instead. Take as a business lesson and move on.

It's impossible to refund crypto. You are officially cooked in this sense.

Where you selling the plugins to other companies using your "lifetime license" with those guys? Most of this pages including Festinger's Vault, doesn't permit reselling your own lifetime license.

For this regard, generally they offer affiliate programs.

Using crypto as a payment method is assuming a risk
You are relying on them to receive a refund, if they don't want to refund you, there is nothing you can do

Actually, I wanted to become a kind of dealer because I was very satisfied with the system developed by demowp.shop and I was pleased that they allowed us to make sales as well. My customers were also very satisfied. You can install the premium version of more than a hundred themes and plugins with a single click and always stay on the latest version by receiving all updates through WordPress. The issue they had with me here was that they were uncomfortable with me writing in many places as if I was the developer of the system. I am now trying to get in touch with them again to resolve this. Even if they don't refund my money, I would still accept if they agreed to continue working with me. I was really satisfied with the system. Maybe if they see this issue, they might give me another chance.

Then I contacted them via WhatsApp and told them I wanted to become their dealer. Then they said that their system on this new site (demowp.shop) was more suitable for this and directed me here. They also have an older different site that sells original licenses. I didn't want to go into that detail. If I gave the name of that site as well, you might perceive it as advertising again. But you are mistaken. The reason I opened this topic here is to influence them and get another chance. If I can get what I want, there will be no need for this issue anyway.
