I posted nothing and got banned

Probably FB’s algo flagged your listings or keywords  Happens a lot lately. Try appealing and cleaning up descriptions a bit. Don’t give up yet ;)

How long have you used your account, do you usually log in on 1 or more devices?

Were you using Marketplace or setting up ads on your account? Is your account new or aged?

I only sell household items and furniture such as beds and wardrobes, but my account got banned. What could be the issue, and is there any way to fix it?
Your product is not in violation, Meta does not ban you from selling beds, but it is “suspicious” of everything that looks like a scam. Please check your photos, videos and content again.

If your account is suspended unexpectedly, not due to a violation, you can try to appeal to the support department and submit all the correct documents.

If your account is new, you should warm up before start. Running small budget first. If your account create a long time, I think the reason for the ban could be because the account is inactive for a long time. when you run again, meta see that as suspicious behavior and ban it

Facebook’s automated moderation systems often make unreasonable decisions that result in sudden account suspensions—often due to algorithms flagging restricted language or misleading product descriptions. Since the appeals process can sometimes be ineffective, the best strategy is to focus on account quality. You should have multiple high-quality accounts on hand as backups to ensure your business is not disrupted if the worst happens. At the same time, review and ensure that all ad content and product catalogs strictly comply with Facebook’s commerce policies.

interior design as far as i know it is handmade, it is very difficult to check the quality if you run ads on the platform so it is easy to get banned

I think it is a policy violation, I know people where happened the same and it was a policy violation.

You think those products might be clean products but they are handmade products so it will still be difficult to pass Facebook's censorship.

The home goods and furniture business is generally considered a "clean" industry, but accounts can still be suspended, often due to operational technical errors or violations of image standards that Meta's AI mistakenly detects. Access Account Quality. If there is a "Request Review" button, click on it.

sometimes you unknowingly posted a word that triggers AI filtering and could automatically ban an account
