I NEED YOUTUBE LIVE STREAM COMMENT BOT

I am looking for a youtube live stream bot, on which I will enter my youtube account information and I will enter a link to a live stream I want it to join. When its logged in using my account and on the live stream I linked, I should also be able to choose what message I want it to type every couple seconds on autopilot, however, I don't want it to spam it every second because then I would get timed out. I hope you understand what I mean, my English is pretty bad.
