Yes you can but the trick is to find free and places to post ads. I said trick because it can be quite a feat.

Hi, it's not that simple, with any offer you want to promote you need to do a little marketing research and that will give you some hints of how much you can earn with those $100. If you are going to use google ads the first step is start using adwords platform. Good luck.
