I need your HELP (bulk email)

Hello internet marketer,
I have a database of emails and i want to send them CPA offers, but i don't have a good experience in email marketing, and i found that using online email marketing tools like: Mailchimp get me banned. so i decide to use my own software, i buy cheap vps and install phplist on it and start sending but my vps get shutdown. I need your help because i'm lost with a tons of information out there and offers of smpts....

So you're basically asking for hosting that will allow you mass spam? If that's the case, look at Russian hosting providers. Only downside is that you'll have to use google translate on some.
