I need your advice

Hello my friends .I need your suggestions about my business.
I am building a seo website,with unique content.I try to pay more attention to quality than quantity.I want to build a brand and not a short-term website.I have launched it 2 months ago and have only adsense on it.I know about seo for one year,but in the last 2 months i have learned about it more briefly.But unfortunately not so deeply to create seo or some other services.Because i have no experience in it. Sometimes i think to outsource my seo services and position my website in this way,But it sounds a bit risky.
My question is: What do you think if i would cooparete with with qualified seo optimiser,who has created some service and get fees or split the income? I don't want cheap affiliate seo programs or something like that...Because It won't be my competitive advantage ... and therefore brand builder....Seo and branding and reputation management-are 2 attribtes i would like to have on my website....
or should i wait until i get more qualifications?
