Hi, I am from Bangladesh. In our country PayPal not allow. But without PayPal i can't do my business. Now i want to purchase one verified real PayPal account. What you provide me. 1. verified PayPal 2. legal document 3. if PayPal become limit you have to make it ok. any body can provide me this? Thank you.

There are providers in the BST section though they are costly. Try to get yourself a merchant account that accepts PayPal, I think 2Checkout does that.
 
I also want to accounts of paypal verify wsth legal documents in fiverr can I find it?
