I need US guy help withdraw the money out of adsense?

I worked with a man before, I manage the website side, he manages the adsense account and payment side, but suddenly he leaves and give the adsense account to me, $160-$180 in it as of now.

Real question is, the adsense account is a US account, and I can't verify it cuz I am not native.

We originally want to run out 4 PINs process and then find sb verify online and cash out for us, but now shit happen, I have to handle this myself, the account now is in 3rd PIN process and 4th PIN is approaching, so I think better find someone from US and help get the money out of it when it require the online verify after PIN right? I don't know much about this process, even, I have my own adsense account, so I am afraid get connected with this shit, I don't even want to log in on it, better not do it lol. (sure I got all the credentials)

So are there any good methods? Except receive money myself which I won't do its too risky for myself account and adsense does not allow that so I won't log on it. That man is my real life friend he suddenly got half million then leave the shit, damn him.

This is not a JV thread yet, I want to asks for tips, if I decide to get help from someone, I can give you 50% money in it plus adsense account and gmail account attached with it.

For the address, you can always submit fake docs after 4 weeks of the 3rd attempt,
You can get it easily from @Easystealth, I got my Paypal verified with his service at least dunno about Adsense
After that, you can use a Payoneer account to deposit the amount and all will be good ^^

I am not much experienced about adsense but you can think about it,

Buy a vps from the state/city your partner and use the vps for login to the account.

And for the payment withdrawals use payoneer USA bank account.

I don't want to flirt with that, that's why I want to find someone do this for me, I only need the half money, I even don't need the account anymore, I got my own account.

And I think now PIN is totally 4 times lol, damn it. After that, I think it allow to submit the file online directly, that's why I think I only need someone from US to help me verify and get the money, should be easy for him.

And login is not the problem I think, he gave me the credentials and even cookies, but I don't want to risk and buy VPS to do this myself, I better ask for help, this is one time task, i don't need the account anymore, I only need 50% money in it, and leave the shit forever.

Thanks for the tip, but this is really beyond my scope, I don't want to play with this, better find a man help me, I need only 50% money, another half and account are theirs then.
