For best use, you should buy the $149 package, but there will be conditions included, unlike the $97 package.
 
The $97 VIP package on BHW increases your reputation and allows private messaging, but does not allow you to post to find customers unless you sign up for additional Marketplace Seller rights . Please follow the rules and avoid spam to reach customers more effectively.
 
it is a 3rd party app which is quite new to me, can you tell me more about its features
 
Be active regularly and qualify to upgrade to VIP package 147$, VIP package 97$ will help you be more prestigious
 
You may want to consider the Jr. VIP membership to list your services on the marketplace and promote it.
