There are few startups online in USA from which you hire a lawyer as per your requirement. I have used upcounsel in past for a corporate advice and there are lots of them around these days. Just hit a search for Online Lawyers in USA and you will find many options and depending on your requirement, you can choose the service. I hope this helps!

You don't need an attorney for small claims in the US.
You can hit them paying just filing fees.
I bet you could hire a freelancer to do that for you and I supposed it has to be done in Menlo Park or wherever their corporate office is.

Post on here in the hire a freelancer subforum and see if you have any luck.
I know there are several members that live in that area so maybe one will help out.
I don't do this usually, but I'll help you vet those who respond to get their GEOs if you want the free labor.

I've had good success in the past with people on Upwork. Any serious lawyer will provide their license number & higher education history on their profile which can be verified for legitimacy. This wouldn't be a cheap process but if getting the account re-instated is worth the price tag that's one route you could take.

Go to upcounsel, legalzoom or legalshield and you can find an attorney there. Google search or go direct to these domains. It's an online attorney finder and you can put in request as well just like you would do at fiverr, upwork etc.
Visit and check by yourself and select the category in which you would need help with and they will suggest attorneys in that area and fees as well.

You do not need a lawyer for small claims court in the USA.
I've filed a bunch of times against corporations and they might have to be represented but small claims is the people's court.
You can file the paperwork, show up in tattered clothes, and the judge will be fine with that.
