i am always fooled by sellers, their proxy seems to have a lot of users, the connection is very poor and is blocked by many websites or have to pass captcha every time I access the web. can someone recommend me a proxy that uses the normal network we use but can still fool the platforms that are not

What you mention are the issue with shared pools, there are too many users on the same IP. You should look for a dedicated mobile proxy. Mobile IPs from real carriers tend to blend in much better with normal traffic, and you avoid the “already flagged” problem that triggers captchas.
