No, no one here will create a free logo for you. No this isn't the correct section to post in. No you're not allowed to ask for free stuff like this, especially in the way you did it.
Yes you should use Google and the search functionality and find out places where you can get free logos made if you truly are low on cash.

OP if you haven't any funds then you really can't ask people to do stuff for free.

I'm not trying to be hard on you it's a question that makes you look at what you've asked from another perspective.
Think of it this way, most of the serious people browsing the forum are busy:
1. learning things in the forum.
2. Manage their businesses e.g sales threads.
3. Helping people by answering questions to problems they've dealt with, and finding solutions to problems they have.
There's also others I haven't mentioned but the point is, no one is going to stop the important stuff they're doing to help you with this because you're not bringing any value to their table.
It's even better if you would have asked to trade the logo with something else that someone might be interested in if you don't have money.
Anyway unless you have a big reputation and you have all sorts of people willing to do anything to kiss your ass ( you can ask them for the logo if you had them) or connections with people who might be willing to do you that favour, you're going to have to do the heavy lifting yourself by either learning how to do it, utilising free tools online or check the freebies and giveaway section.
