would something like reselling seo packages work well?

edit: I mean: is it worth my time? Or is it better to stick with cpa?

Sure you can do that... a lot of people do exactly that and make money. A good 30% of my clients are doing that as part of their revenue stream.

Launched a very simple blackhat bot on only ONE smaller blackhat seo forum last week.

Made almost 1k on my best day.

Two words: Product launches.
