-Yes the title is allowed on fiverr and it will rank if you have good keyword structure
-The description is not too good
-I usually copy and paste the description of other top selling adsense clickers on fiverr
-I also compete with the amount of clicks, timeframe and price offering with the other top selling adsense clickers
-Along with a related logo image and ausername that matches the job being offered
I got a lot of orders in that way

Apparently anything related to traffic or adsense clicks are gradually removing from Fiverr.
