I need some help, can't get any page rank.

Google hasn't update page rank in a long time.
So you probably just haven't got your PR-0 PR-1 PR-2 or PR-3 or even better PR-4 ranking yet.
I would think if you have quality do follow page rank links you will gain PR I did so with 2 links PR_2 with two PR-1 links.

So that being said just get a few good quality links and wait for Google to update Page Rank

That's right. But Pagerank is not THAT important anyway.
