I need programmer to code joomla mod asap

Should be simple, I had another guy on here code this script for $20 but i cant get ahold of him (gerulis) ...

But the mod is for featured albums total of 6 albums -
the size of the album images are 235x235

The mod worked liked this :

Now i want the same type deal but i need it with about 30 albums to be on it. I actually can add the extra positions my self, but i need the mod to automatically post by its self . Meaning ... for example if i have 30 albums on page 1 , when i upload the next album, i need the last album on page one #30 to upload on page 2 , as album number #31, and so forth..

The Mod will need to have :

Title (On Top)

(Album Cover Here)

Artist (On Bottom)

Hit counter

Download Button (under artist name) -
