You would need at least 1 pr7 backlink and a few PR6 and PR5 backlinks. I would recommend investing at least $600+ if you are serious about getting the PR5. I really doubt anyone would do it for free as high PR backlinks are worth a ton of money and having more outbound links will devalue the SEO juice to other sites it links to.
You need a good amount to invest if you are serious about this. But, truthfully I don't believe a high PR does a lot for SEO anymore.

No amount of comment, profile, or other link spam will get you PR5. Anyone who tells you otherwise is shitting you. You can buy a cluster of high PR links, you can build a portfolio of your own PR 3-4 domains and use them to boost it, or you can build a site that people want to link to.

Look hard enough you might even find a free PR-increasing bot I gave away for free on BHW.Somewheres in those PR threads of mine I posted a sample PR4 profile page. It's ok, you can keep your $100.

Yes, I can get lots of profiles, each and every one individually having PR5. I've posted all about how to do it in the link I posted earlier in this thread.
I even gave away the exact bot I used to do it, free.

Because it's phpbuilt.. Kinda like the Stig. I heard he's the sole link builder for Google and Bing, but he hated Yahoo.. So now Yahoo is powered by Bing.
And if the dude wants PR5's fast, he won't make them himself.
